2. Choose the Chain Length: Pick either 15.7", 17.7"or select Without a chain if you only want the nameplate.
3. Type the Desired Name: Enter the name you’d like on your necklace in the box.
4. Complete Your Purchase: Proceed to checkout and finalize your order.
5. Sit Back and Relax: We will contact you via WhatsApp to share a preliminary design of your nameplate necklace.
Note: It typically takes 7 days to make your necklace and another 7 days to be delivered.
DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days (except for custom name necklaces). You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your item(s) in 5 to 9 days. Please note that this delivery time is an estimate provided by the shipping carrier.
We offer shipping through FedEx. While you can select your preferred carrier at checkout, please note that we may use an alternative carrier depending on availability and shipping conditions at the time.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
The delivery company may require someone at the recipient’s address to sign for the package. Direct signature deliveries are only made to the address on the mailing label. If no one is available, the delivery company may attempt delivery again later.
Customs Duties & Taxes

To help our customers avoid any unexpected bills, starting from September 26, 2025, we will ship orders under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for certain regions, including the United States and Canada.
