Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIME:

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days, except for custom name necklaces).

You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your item(s) in 7 to 9 days (this delivery time is an estimate provided by the shipping carrier).

DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED:

The delivery company will require someone at the recipient’s address to sign for the package. Direct signature deliveries are only made to the address on the mailing label. If no one is available, the delivery company may try again later.

TAX & CUSTOMS DUTIES:

U.S Customers

You will not have to pay any extra charges, duties, taxes, or fees for your shipment, thanks to the U.S. - Jordan Free Trade Agreement (JOFTA).

Other Countries

We are not responsible or liable for any fees that your local customs office may charge. If customs duties are imposed, they are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we have no control over them. You may contact your local customs officer for more information.
