Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIME
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days (except for custom name necklaces). You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your item(s) in 5 to 9 days. Please note that this delivery time is an estimate provided by the shipping carrier.
We offer shipping through DHL and FedEx. While you can select your preferred carrier at checkout, please note that we may use an alternative carrier depending on availability and shipping conditions at the time.

* Free shipping will be applied at checkout when you order 3 or more items.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
The delivery company may require someone at the recipient’s address to sign for the package. Direct signature deliveries are only made to the address on the mailing label. If no one is available, the delivery company may attempt delivery again later.

• U.S. Customers: Door-to-door shipping with no additional charges required.

• Other Countries: We are not responsible or liable for any fees that your local customs office may impose. Customs duties, if any, are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we have no control over them. You may contact your local customs office for more information.
